About the Method

The Feldenkrais® Method is a form of somatic education that uses movement and awareness to improve physical functioning and well-being. Developed by Israeli physicist and engineer Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in the mid-20th century, it is based on the concept that by increasing awareness of how we move, we can create new, more efficient movement patterns and habits. The method is designed to enhance coordination, flexibility, balance, and reduce physical discomfort.
